The B. Hungry recipe book is a collection of recipes dating from my first forays into cooking, the days when I still measured the olive oil and stringently heeded cooking times, until present day, where my interests have shifted more towards learning the origins of ingredients and reading about regional fare. I read cookbooks cover to cover and take many notes, as not to forget important notes like in August I should be buying savoy cabbage and not brussel's sprouts. I have also been especially inspired by vintage 80's and 90's issues of Gourmet Magazine that I gratefully inherited from a friend's timely attic clean-out. The book is a collection of the best of past and future meals, complete with food stains and hand-written notes. I will be posting 1 page a day (of about 300). Have fun trying out the collection!
